Anger Management Course

This course was created in response to a growing need for an education that teaches a skillful approach to our mental-emotional life in general and to our experience of anger specifically.

Anger is by far the most frequently reported problematic emotion in 1-1 consultations with clients. The reason for this would include common reports of impulsive or out-of-control verbalizations and actions that cause harm to one’s self and others.

Violence, drug and alcohol abuse, lost marriages, alienated children, depression; these are some of the effects of the inability to navigate the emotional intensity that so often appears to be anger.

We offer a twelve week course in anger management that meets the requirements of the court for mandated anger management. The cost for the course is $480, plus $35.00 for the manual.
